Below is Poppies Bed and Breakfast list of Terms & Conditions All rates valid 1st November 2006.

All prices include GST.

Poppies Bed and Breakfast check in time 2.00pm (unless by prior arrangement)

Poppies Bed and Breakfast check out time 11.00am.

Poppies Bed and Breakfast Public holidays rates are as weekend rates

Poppies Bed and Breakfast requires 50% deposit at time of booking.

Poppies Bed and Breakfast requires 21 days notice of cancellation to refund deposit. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date will be charged 50%of the value of the booking. Where all or part of a booking is cancelled within 48 hrs of arrival the entire value of the booking is payable.

Poppies Bed and Breakfast requires balance payable on arrival.
